Delete account

You can delete your JeevanDrishti account and the personal information that goes with it. This cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Your account: you can no longer sign in with it.
Your saved birth profiles and their charts.
Your email on the articles and weekly rashifal lists.
Phone notifications for your account and email.
Chat-assistant and live-chat conversations under your email that have no payment.
Messages with astrologers that are not part of an appointment.

What is kept

Appointments, payments, paid reports, Plus memberships and paid chat time are business records. Tax and accounting law requires us to keep them (generally up to 8 years). They stay with the name and email on the receipt, but are no longer linked to an account.

Or have a link emailed to you. It works without a password, and also deletes mailing lists, chats and notifications for an email that has no account.
