Kundli Milan by date of birth
The full Ashtakoota — all 36 points — from two dates and roughly what part of the day. No birth time needed.
The eight kootas are worked out from where the Moon was, and nothing else. That means this needs far less from you than a full chart does — but the Moon changes nakshatra about once a day, so the part of the day still matters. Pick the nearest block you know; if you have no idea, say so and the page will show you every answer the date allows instead of picking one.
What this is
Ashtakoota compatibility is worked out entirely from the Moon. Each of the eight kootas — Varna, Vashya, Tara, Yoni, Graha Maitri, Gana, Bhakoot and Nadi — reads the Moon's sign or its nakshatra for each person, and nothing else in the chart comes into it. That is why this page can do the whole 36-point calculation without a Lagna, and therefore without a birth time.
What a missing birth time does affect is which nakshatra the Moon was in. It crosses from one into the next roughly once a day, so a bare date leaves two possibilities on about 96 dates in every 100. Knowing the rough part of the day cuts that to about one window in four. Where it is still open, this page tells you the minute the Moon crossed and asks you one question, and until you answer it shows the score for every possibility rather than quietly choosing one.

Can Guna Milan really be done without a birth time? Show the answer
The 36 points, yes. Every one of the eight kootas is derived from the Moon — its sign for Varna, Vashya, Graha Maitri and Bhakoot, its nakshatra for Tara, Yoni, Gana and Nadi. None of them uses the Lagna or the houses, so none of them needs the minute of birth. What does need a birth time is the Mangal reckoning counted from the Lagna, and this page leaves that blank rather than filling it in with a guess.

How much does the birth time actually change the score? Show the answer
More than most sites admit. Shifting one person by a single nakshatra moves the total by about 6 points on average, by 8 or more on roughly a third of pairings, and by as much as 23 in the worst case. Since the conventional threshold sits at 18 out of 36, that is easily enough to move a match from one side of the line to the other. It is exactly why this page will not pick a nakshatra for you when the date leaves two open.

What if I do not know the time of day at all? Show the answer
Choose "Not sure" and the page uses the whole date. You will usually get two readings per person rather than one, and it will show each of them with its own score and how much of the day it covers. That is a real answer with its range stated, which is more use than a single number that happens to be wrong. If you can narrow it later — even to "some time in the morning" — one click will collapse it.
