Refunds and cancellations

JeevanDrishti charges for consultations with an astrologer, for live chat time after the free minutes, for the Life Drishti full report, and for JeevanDrishti Plus. This is what happens to your money when something is cancelled or goes wrong.

If you cancel

Cancel from your booking page, using the link in your confirmation email. If you cancel 24 hours or more before the session, the full amount is refunded. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, it is not refunded, because the astrologer kept that time for you.

If the astrologer or JeevanDrishti cancels

You are refunded in full, whenever it happens, and you get an email saying why.

If a session does not take place

A session you do not join is not refunded. If the astrologer does not join, write to us and you are refunded in full.

The Life Drishti full report

The report is a PDF made from your birth details, so once you have downloaded it, it is not refunded. If it will not open, or it was made from details that do not match what you entered, write to us: we fix it, or refund it in full if we cannot.

Live chat time

The first minutes of a live chat are free, once a day. Time after that is bought in 10-minute blocks and starts as soon as it is paid for. If you end the chat yourself, unused time is not refunded. If the astrologer ends the chat or leaves it with more than 5 minutes of a block still to run, that block is refunded in full. A payment that arrives after the chat has ended is refunded in full.

JeevanDrishti Plus

Plus is paid once for a year and does not renew by itself. Ask within 7 days of paying and we refund it in full and end the membership. After that it runs to the end of its year and is not refunded.

How refunds are paid

To the same card, bank account or UPI ID you paid from. We aim to send a refund within 7 working days of the cancellation, and email you when it has gone; your bank may take a few more days to show it.

If a payment went wrong

If money left your account but your booking was not confirmed (for example, the time was released before the payment arrived), it is refunded in full.
